Two command departments for joint operations of applying for capital for projects and investment attraction were established in Chenzhou, according to a work conference on stabilizing the economy held on June 8.
The municipal leaders act as the leaders of the two departments mentioned above, with its members composed of the comrades who are chiefly in charge of relevant units directly under the municipal government.
The command department for applying for capital for projects defines its objectives and tasks around the four policy directions of special investment within the central budget, special bonds of local governments, superior subsidies, provincial special funds and provincial special funds for the Tourism Development Conference.
The command department for investment attraction sets up an office in the Municipal CPPCC Organ, and four sub command centers are established to be responsible for the investment attraction and negotiation in the Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as well as the central and western regions.
